Concord Airport Plaza is a $50 million, six story, two building office complex of approximately 350,000 square feet, owned by Jon Reynolds and his partner, David Brown, As project manager, Mr. Peter Reynolds was responsible for supervision of the design and construction process from planning through completion of construction, and leasing. Reynolds & Brown Management developed the project.
